I am really beginning to appreciate the roller coaster emotions of life.

One minute you are going along smoothly and everything feels fine and tranquil.  Then all of a sudden just as you start to feel comfortable, along comes Change.  It’s that feeling in the pit of your stomach that manifests as anxiety, panic and fear.  It’s usually at this point we normally stop!

But I have learnt, just like on the rollercoaster ride if I throw my arms up in the air, hang on and lean in, I am safe with faith, resolution and determination and I will make it.  By holding on to faith I know that this is just another life lesson and I will get through it because I have got through many things that would have destroyed another person. 

I can feel the thrill of life rushing through me as I go up and down with life’s dynamics but I am confident that no matter what happens there will come a time of calm and I can congratulate myself for having made it through another emotional rollercoaster called change.
