Inspirational Corner

In a situation of emotional distress, you usually have two options: to face the problem or not. Processing a problem means you are facing it. Suppressing the problem means you are not. There's a big difference between the two. Processing is to the mind what digesting is to the stomach. If your digestive system can't handle certain foods, you have to stop eating them, otherwise you become sick. Similarly, if you find yourself in a situation where you cant cope, don't just sit there taking it…

Are you angry?  Hell yes!

Angry about being in a job that you hate! Angry about those extra pounds you cannot shift off your hips! Angry about your financial situation! Angry about the people you're attracting in your life!  Well you are not alone.

Anger is a justified emotion but it must NEVER control or direct your actions.   Acknowledge the feeling, analyse why you are feeling that way and come up with a solution where the consequences won’t have you regretting acting in haste!

We all experience feelings of anger when faced with challenging situations. Don’t feel guilty!  Just acknowledge it and work through it because this too shall pass!
